Mayfair Manor’s Dietary Manager Kristen Rayborn made chocolate Rice Krispies treats at her “Kooking with Kristen” class. Everyone was celebrating National Cereal Day! Even Nurse Edwin Siliezar enjoyed the goodies! Residents pictured are Florida Tackett, Catherine Jackson, Virginia Eliassen, James Scearce, Nina Tuttle, and Christine Wiser. Kristen has a cooking class every other month with the residents. She made eggrolls to celebrate Chinese New Year.
